Tewksbury Connect works to increase connections among the residents of Tewksbury Township, by sharing information, and public education, while encouraging participation from the next generation of community leaders. We will improve the lives of residents, strengthen the bonds of neighborhoods, and realize the promise of community.
Our first promise under the Tewksbury Connect banner is the resurgence of the Tewksbury Times, now effectively a newspaper funded and supported by the community of Tewksbury. (https://www.tewksburyconnect.org/)
What Tewksbury Connect Is & Isn’t:
- Primary focus is community: Its main goal is to connect residents, share information, and encourage civic engagement from future community leaders.
- Doesn’t cover traditional news: As it focuses on local engagement and public education, it does not function as a source for regional, national, or international news that could be subject to political bias.
Sandy & Sue’s promise of only reporting the facts:
Sandy and Sue are ensuring factual accuracy and contextual integrity by reaching out to Tewksbury Connect for an official statement on how the news is reported. To maintain transparency, all constituents are invited to view the complete list of questions and answers from the interview, available here:
